Charter Bus Information

We look forward to welcoming your group to the City of Minneapolis. To obtain a Charter Bus or Bus Parking Permit please start here by registering for an account. Returning users who already have an account.
Charter Bus Parking for events is by permit only. Permits must be purchased in advance from this website.
The first step is to register by creating an account. Accounts may be one individual or may be for a group/company. When registered and logged in all permits purchased will be emailed to the account. The payment will be by a Visa or Mastercard and Cardholder information does not need to match the account which is registered and logged in.
Once logged in you can select an event from a calendar listing. You will be asked for the number of busses/permits you require for the event you have selected. The system will automatically offer one or more zones in the priority that parking is available. If you have requested more permits than are currently available in a zone other zone options will become available so that you have the option to select one zone for all your buses.

The City of Minneapolis has allocated a limited number of bus parking areas for events and overnight use as selected Bus Parking Zones. These Charter Bus Zones are permit use only!
These permits are only valid for the Parking Zone & Date specified on each permit. Failure to display a valid permit that is visible for inspection will result in a parking citation and/or towing. read more...
